By accessing labsintl.com, submitting your contact information, consenting to receive communications from us, or otherwise engaging with KNG MKTNG LLC d/b/a LABS International, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply specifically to outbound calling and SMS messaging activities conducted by LABS International as part of our sales demonstration and client acquisition process.
Artificial Voice Disclosure (FCC 2024): LABS International uses AI-generated voice technology to place outbound demonstration calls. Under the FCC's Declaratory Ruling of February 8, 2024, these are classified as "artificial voice" calls under the TCPA (47 U.S.C. § 227). We only place these calls to individuals who have provided prior express consent.
We will only place AI-generated voice calls to your number if you have provided consent through one of the following methods:
Every AI-generated voice call from LABS International will include the following in the first sentence of the call:
A callback phone number will be provided upon request during any call.
All outbound calls are placed between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the called party's local time zone, as required by 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(c)(1). Time zones are determined by the called party's area code and listed business address.
If a call reaches voicemail, the same AI disclosure and identification requirements apply to the voicemail message. The voicemail will include the entity name, AI disclosure, reason for the call, and a callback number.
By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from LABS International related to:
Message frequency: Varies based on your engagement. Generally 1–4 messages per interaction sequence.
Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You may opt out of all communications from LABS International at any time:
Opt-out requests are processed immediately and are permanent. Your number will never be re-added to any calling or messaging list without your explicit new consent.
Calls with our AI voice agent and our human representatives may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. We comply with all applicable state call recording laws, including the all-party consent requirements of California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Connecticut.
If you are in one of these states, you will be notified at the call's start that recording may occur. Continuing the call constitutes your consent to recording. You may request that recording be disabled.
This website is a marketing and information platform for KNG MKTNG LLC d/b/a LABS International. Content on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding service agreement unless a separate written agreement has been executed. You may not use this website to engage in any unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or misrepresent your identity.
All website content — including text, design, code, graphics, AI prompts, and proprietary workflow configurations — is owned by KNG MKTNG LLC d/b/a LABS International and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
LABS International reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services or maintained opt-in status after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
